FOOD PYRAMIDIn my pyramid of good eating is usually the firts group of fruits and vegetables, these can eat a lot without any exact limit.
I prefer to eat more fruits than vegetables. My favorite fruits are peach, apple, mango and pineapple. On the second level is the group cereals and legumes, where beans, maize and rice is located. Of this group I love to eat almonds and corn. A level after any meal that can be derived from an animal such as cheese,fish,eggs, and other products are. Of this group I really like what the milk, cheese and chicken. Finally there is the area of sugars, which must consume a small portion. In this group jam, honey, oil are, among others. To some extent I prefer to avoid this group but I like blackberry jam. To have a healthy diet is advisable to consume all groups in order to cover what our body needs. |
